Golf tournament winners enjoy holiday in Kenya 16/11/2010

The Simoens family, whose son Thomas won a trip to Kenya at the “Kenya Day” golf tournament organized by the Overijse Golf Club in July this year, had a wonderful safari in Kenya. The trip was courtesy of SN Brussels and the Kenya Tourist Board, who had donated the air ticket and the safari package for seven days respectively to the winning golfer during the tournament.

The family was full of praise for the trip and thanked the Kenyan Embassy in Brussels, the organisers of the event, for making it possible to visit Kenya. They said that Kenya has beautiful tourist scenery, wonderful wildlife and excellent beaches, ideal for holiday makers from Europe. During the trip, the family had the opportunity to play golf at the Windsor Country Club in Nairobi and Vipingo in Mombasa, which they described as excellent world-class golf courses.

To cap it all, the family has promised that they will certainly make another holiday to Kenya soon, and their advice to Belgian holiday makers is that Kenya is a holiday destination of choice!
