A vacancy has arisen for a full time, experienced driver to work at the Embassy of Kenya, Brussels. Tasks and duties will include:

• Driving around Brussels and Belgium, Luxembourg with possibility of other neighbouring EU countries
• Carrying out routine vehicle checks
• Maintaining a log book with details of trips made
• Customer service

To successfully secure this opportunity, the candidate must:

• Have the required skills and competence
• Have at least five years driving experience at two years (2) in Belgium
• Be conversant with the routes and good knowledge of Brussels
• Have a Belgian driving license of at least class B
• Have Belgian Resident Permit
• Must have Certificate of good Conduct from the Belgian authorities as well as a letter of the commune certifying residency in the relevant area
• Be reliable, punctual and self motivated
• Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Be capable and confident in your ability
• Must be fluent in both English and French, dutch added advantage
• Knowledge of Kenya and Kiswahili will be added advantage

Ideally, this position would suit someone based in Brussels with local area knowledge but some long distance driving will also be required, so experience in this area is desirable
