SALE OF BOARDED MOTOR VEHICLE BY PUBLIC TENDER 18/12/2018

The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Mission to the European Union invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase a boarded and unserviceable motor vehicle.

Individual bids in the attached format enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked 'Sale of Boarded Motor Vehicle’ should be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before 27 May , 2019 at 11.00 Noon.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend the opening at Avenue Winston Churchill 208, 1180 Brussels.

Prices quoted should be net and Bidders shall bear all costs associated with collection and delivery of the motor vehicle and the Embassy will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs regardless of the conduct or outcome of the tendering process.

Viewing of the motor vehicle can be done between 10:00am- 1.00 p.m and 2:00pm – 4:30pm from Monday to Friday and with prior arrangement.
