Burundi waives residency and exit visa fee for Kenyans 19/11/2015

The government of Burundi has abolished its exit and re-entry visas for Kenyan nationals, as well as waived the fees charged for residence visas. 

EAC national investors receive a free six-month multiple visa, while the resident visa will be issued free of charge.  The exit-re-entry visa for foreigners established on the territory of Burundi is abolished.  Investors established in Burundi with an indefinite resident visa will be subject to the regime of permanent resident visa with the abolition of exit-re-entry visa.
