Kenya: the golfing destination of the future 01/02/2010

Kenya is set to become the preferred golfing destination of Benelux golfers following a recent collaboration between the Kenya Embassy in Brussels and Terre D’Afrique, a Belgian Tour Operator specializing in African tours. The partnership will promote golfing on Kenya’s relatively unknown spectacular courses as an added perk to the famous safari.

 

A brochure on Kenya’s golf clubs is set to be published for distribution to Belgian golf clubs, and  on 15-21 January 2010 a press trip was organized by the Embassy in conjunction with Terre D’Afrique. During the press trip, Belgian journalists sampled various Golf courses in the country including one in the heart of the capital city of Nairobi; by the Indian Ocean in Mombasa and in the scenic Great Rift Valley.
