Guidelines on duty-free importation of vehicles 21/01/2015
Pursuant to the directive by HE the President of the Republic of Kenya, HE Uhuru Kenyatta, that returning members of the Diaspora community who cannot enjoy duty-free facility on their left-hand drive vehicles be allowed to import vehicles of similar category duty-free, the National Treasury and the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) have developed guidelines to implement the President's directive.
