Kenya-EU Trade Talks 03/11/2014

On Thursday 30 October 2014, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto held talks with the outgoing European Union (EU) Trade Commissioner, H.E. Mr. Karel de Gucht, at State House in Nairobi.  The talks centered on bilateral trade between Kenya and the European Union.

The talks were also attended by the Cabinet Secretary for East African Affairs, Commerce & Tourism, Mrs. Phyllis Kandie, the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs & International Trade, Amb. Amina Mohamed, Kenya's Ambassador to the EU, H.E. Amb. Johnson Weru, and the EU Ambassador to Kenya, H.E. Amb. Briet Ludewijk.
