  • Courtesy call by H.E. Amb. Ibraham Sorie of Sierra Leone 11/09/2013

    H.E. Ambassador Ibraham Sorie paid a courtesy call to H.E Johnson Weru at the Kenyan Embassy in Brussels on 9 September 2013. Ambassador Weru welcomed his counterpart to Brussels and to the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group (ACP) family. In their meeting the Ambassadors discussed a number of issues of mutual concern, such as the situation in Somalia, refugee problems, energy, intra-Africa trade and developmental issues. The Ambassadors concurred that intra-Africa development should be the focus of future engagement, recalling that each country has something unique they can share. The two welcomed a concerted effort in maintaining cordial and brotherly interaction within the ACP.
