Kenyan artist exhibits in Brussels 03/07/2012

In his first exhibition outside Africa, William Wambugu, a young emerging Kenyan artist, uses the nostalgic memories of his childhood to express the changes he experiences in the “New Kenya”.  The drawings in his “Seats of Power” exhibition are a still-life of items not to be forgotten by future generations.

H.E. Amb. Kembi-Gitura attended the opening of the exhibition.

The works are on display until 28 July 2012.
