Registration for students

Kenyans residing in Belgium and Luxembourg are encouraged to register with the Embassy, whether they are long-term residents, students or even short-term visitors. The purpose of the registration is to be able to assist Kenyans and offer services to them when necessary. Kindly keep the Embassy updated of any changes of address, phone no., date of departure, etc.

Kindly note that your names should be entered as they appear on your passport.

If possible, forward scanned copies of your own and your family's Kenyan passports (i.e. bio-data page + description page, and any other relevant pages). These will come in handy in cases of emergency (e.g. stolen passport). For the same reason, you should keep copies of all Kenyan documents at home.

Young adults having reached the age of 18 are encouraged to register.
